My name is TJ I am 40 with a young spirit and ready to get my energy back. I have always been an athlete, but since leaving those good old college days, I've struggled with my weight. Pretty consistently in my life if I'm honest. That said no excuses! I have a nine year old to keep up with and I'm doing this for myself and mostly him!

Are you public about your weight loss on Facebook?
I feel the same as most people. When I am cleansing I will say something like day 5 going strong and only the people that know me really well know what I am talking about but other than that I leave it for FS. I also agree that you won't get people's true reactions by letting them know before you see them and for those who are far away and won't see you the judging will come naturally. It's better to run into people and they are like OMG you lost weight. Just my opinion!
