Rainier this year. Tried 2x last year, didn't make it. That is my motivation...I have a sweet tooth that kills my diet.

What the heck is going on here? I have 37 notifications? I sign in to see an on going argument? This is NOT what Fat Secret is for. If you want to argue send the person a personal message and keep it off the board. This site is for support, not egotistical rhetoric.

How many carbs a day are you eating? Do you exercise? Start walking 30 minutes 4 times a week. Go up to 1,500 calories.
