Old scales = 148.0lb = ATW challenge weight
New scales = 149.0lb

Recorded weight = 85%x148.0 + 15%x149.0 = 148.2 (rounded to nearest 0.1) =>official weight = +0.6lb

I was rather disappointed to see the numbers up a bit again this morning, although I suppose it was rather a big drop yesterday. I seem to have been at or around this weight for weeks now! Oh well, I'll just have to keep at it, and it will have to drop back down again eventually.

Yesterday was a high (1,575) calorie day, so no problems there.

I had such a productive day yesterday, getting in a good 55 minute gym workout while my little boy was trying out his new nursery. Then, since I'd done my workout in the morning and it was such a beautiful day, while Finlay had his nap, I actually got out into my poor, neglected garden to tackle some of the scary, foot-high weeds, deadheading and pruning that I should have done weeks ago! When my little boy woke up, we played football (soccer to most of you!) in the back garden and then I attempted to get him to help me with some more weeding. It was going quite well until he decided it was more fun to pick up handfuls of soil and throw them around...

I'm back in the office today, so I'd better get on with some work, especially as I'm on holiday tomorrow! Have a great Thursday everyone!! :)

Oh, mud fights are so much fun! Kudos on the gardening! I am not sure I have it in me to grow something. I often wonder how my son survives!

You have lost so much already and only have 15 lbs to go to your goal! Your chart is still looking very impressive with its steady slope to the right so don't lose heart over a few fluctuations. I'm getting antsy to get into my gardens and yard but am still waiting for things to dry up a bit as the snow just left us a short time ago. I'm glad your son was distracted by the lure of throwing the soil around because when you said "it was going quite well until...", I had visions of him pulling up the plants as well as the weeds! Have a great day!

LOVE gardening... but really don't care to weed too much! lol You're doing so good! Funny, I got a new scale yesterday, too. Think I'll keep using my old one for the challenge, but then... not sure I'll record a change, until I "catch up" to the new scales. So, I'll have to lose 3 lbs before it'll be the same as where I'm at now! lol =S Keep up the great work!

Great work on tackling the weeds... we so need to do that here too! Aw, great to hear that you had a little helper... hmm, not so good with the throwing soil around though! I had visions of it being the flowers though too... so thank goodness it wasn't. Great going with your 55 mins at the gym though, yet again that's fabulous work. :o)
