I just did the same thing. Analog to digital. At least I don't have to keep calibrating it.

LOL yes it was a scary purchase. I literally had one eye open as I stepped on it today. One eye open and one closed. LOL. But its ok. Now that I know this scale is accurate that gives me even more motivation to prove the scale wrong! LMAO.

I just bought a new one , it hasnt arrived yet ! Im afraid this is gonna happen to me as well . I weighed in for our weight loss contest at work today for the first time and I was 6 pounds more than at home !

ewww. yea 6 pounds more makes you get unmotivated for a moment like how did this happen. Just bang the scale against the wall next time. LOL. But no worries that may be a good thing because now it will push you even more to make it go down and get its act together :)

I don't own a scale and I think I am happy about that. I know from my past experience I would be going crazy every time it even budged upward. I just weigh in at my doctor's office.

Are you weighing at the same time each day? Weighing right after you wake up in the morning, after going to the bathroom is most accurate. As the day progresses, water/fluids fluctuate throughout the day. Also, you could be retaining water if you are eating salty and/or processed foods. My weight can fluctuate tremendously like this due to fluid retention.

Hunny don't feel bad the same thing happened to me this week!

Yea only weigh like once a week also. And your weight will vary depending on when u last ate/drank, used the bathroom, etc.

I have to weigh daily. I'm an addict. LMAO. And I weigh in the morning after the bathroom and shower usually.

I too am an addicted daily weigher ... I record it once a week ... But I must admit that my obsessive tendencies let me weigh myself each and every morning , its like how I start my day ... Like I need some verification that I didnt accidentally gain 50 pounds in my sleep. LOL

I threw my scales away, they were making me crazy. I couldn't weigh just once a day, it was multiple times a day. As soon as I would see a gain, I would think, well, might as well eat what I want, I've been following plan and still gained. I work in a health care facility and plan on weighing myself once a week there.
