I am a 23 year old mother of two. Was married June 21st 2014. I have always been on the bigger side throughout my whole life, but after my second child and all the crap I went through with their father and my ex, I went through a really bad depression, using food as my comfort. I suffer with asthma, anxiety, ptsd, an immune disorder, and I am anemic. I also had emergency c-sections with both my girls. January 2013 is when I decided enough was enough weighing in at 230 lbs on a good day. I could barely stand to look at myself. Here it is October 2014 and I am currently between 165-167 depending on the day, and after getting down to 158 by June. Something happened and I cannot seem to lose anymore weight so it is a big struggle. I workout one to two times per day, and chase my little ones around. Sometimes I feel very down like its still not enough. But I know failure is not an option for me and I will continue to push. I am not doing this for the attention, or the bikini (which I finally did get on and it didn't look too bad if I say so myself lol) I am truly doing this for me. And my health. Workouts take my stress and any sadness away. If anyone ever needs to talk I am a great listener, and thank you for taking the time to read about me.
