I am 27 years old and at my highest weight was 412 pounds while pregnant in 2013, which is the highest I have ever been. I had my baby in April 2013. I am doing this with my husband and plan on losing the weight quick and consistently. I am now exercising 5 days out of the week for 20 to 30 minutes a day and eating regular foods and counting my calories. I am motivated. I don't know how I will look when I am done, but I know that I will look good. I have been big all my life, and it is time for a change. I would say I am in a size 26/28, but that is really my "squeezing in" size. If I went true to size I would probably be in a size 28 or 30....but I don't speak of that. Wish me goodluck!

Thanks for the continued support. It is hard during that time. I am in the clear now but in another 2 weeks I will just be repeating myself hahaha. But I am super focused. Yet I still have my ups and downs and days where I am like "why did I even eat that..ughhh" But I keep moving forward.

How is everyone else doing?

So far this week I have done well. Did well yesterday but did not see any results in weight change this morning. Actually up 3 pounds and I know why. STILL WATER WEIGHT. But the good news is that I will lose by the end of this week. I can even feel the water in my left KNEE as I tried to bend down and tie my son's shoes and BOOM it felt so swollen I had to bounce back up. That is not normal unless I have gained water weight from the big "O". So...about 2 to 3 more days and I should see some epic numbers.

I'm hoping for under 310lbs. But...we shall see!

Not getting my hopes up! But kinda am...haha

Yep just keep going and keep focused. If you keep doing what you are doing the scale will have to move eventually. Could be anything but the point is one of these days you will see the lost so don't revert back to old not quit. It is not an option. Just say today is a new day to start over and I am going to cease it!

I too agree. It is the desperateness to lose quickly that makes us think that under 1200 is ok to do, but in reality even TV shows don't do less than 1200. Biggest loser does 1200 for women and like 1500 for men also and they exercise for HOURS a day. Try 1200 at least and the weight will actually come off even faster.
