I have a daily meditation book titled, "Each Day A New Beginning". I don't often read it...but glanced at it on the nightstand this morning.
The title suddenly hit me! It really is brilliant, isn't it? If we can internalize the idea that each day is fresh and new, imagine how successful we might feel.
No worries about yesterday or tomorrow, no regrets about gains, no negative beliefs about ourselves, no "fat" stereotypes, no memories of being slighted or criticized about our weight, no worries about the "Idiot Box", etc.
What freedom we will have when we just live with the thought "Each Day A New Beginning."
Still grateful for:
- The people I love who love me back! - The good health of my loved ones - My FS Buddies who support and encourage me to continue - "Butt-kicking" myself to a smaller size today
