Peanut Butter Cookies

Yummy peanut butter cookies that are extremely low carb.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all 3 ingredients together and roll into 20 balls.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Bake for 9 to 10 minutes - bake to the size of half dollars.
  3. Divide the number of cookies by the carbs in the peanut butter to get a count per cookie.
  4. Note: you can use creamy or chunky peanut butter.

These are great for when you're craving something sweet. I've tried it with Flaxsweed meal (1/8 cup), and that way is good too. The problem I have with Splenda (and other sweeteners) is that they always leave a funny aftertaste in my mouth....BUT these are "healthier", so I don't mind too much. Thanks for putting these up! :)

Not good for induction phase but good for OWL

I baked them for exactly 10 minutes and followed the recipe, much too sweet and much too soft. it was like eating an overly sweetened tblspoon of peanut butter.

This a was the first time I tried this receipt and I enjoyed the cookie a lot. With practice I will get Better atmakinf them. They are easy and take little time, a good solution for a sweet tooth.

Be careful they are very addictive, can't eat just one...I am amazed how good they taste, my kids ate them up unfortunately!
