performance: losing 1.5 lb a week

I'm a woman fully grown - in my 50's. I've never been more than 30lbs over heathy weight. And I have been at least 20lbs away from healthy weight since I had my two girls 20 years ago. With my body shape, basically straight through hips and waist, these 20 - 30 pounds leave me looking like a weeble.

Plusses: I have a really nice treadmill. I have a positive attitude. I am fairly disciplined. I don't like run of the mill bread and rolls. I don't like cheeseburgers.
Challenges: I have a sweet fang! I am a tippler from way back - though as a breast cancer survivor (diagnosed 10/03) I have backed off a lot.

Stupid question
Yes, go to "My account" at the bottom of the page.

And when you search for food, click on the food title, then look in the lower right corner (sometimes under the nutrition information) of the screen. There is summary information there and points too if i'm not mistaken. its there somewhere, I always check it.i'll go look and if you can't find something let me know i'll check and get back to you.

No Nutritional Info...
I love fried chicken wings! I'm so glad you asked this question and to Information who sent us to the dailyplate list Thank you Thank you!!!

It looks like if I eat 3 drummettes or "blades" as i call the other flatter part, my favorite, it would be 4 points.

I've never found any place to separate the wings out like that, always whole fried wings which i would cut the amount in half. Like a popeye's fried chicken wing per their site is 160 c 10 fat. so i'd split that in half. I like the numbers at dailyplate for wing parts better.
