What's an easy way to get more *protein* into my diet?
I'm a stay-at-home mom who's always on the go. I need healthier snacks that have more protein in them. Can you guys suggest some good ones for me? Suggestions with foods I can stock up on at home as well as ones I can carry in my bag and diaper bags would be really helpful. Thanks!

crazy about rice
I'm Filipino. I eat rice just about everyday. I tried only eating it once a week or even once every two weeks....but I ended up only wanting it more, and eating more of it when I could. So now, I just eat 1/2 c. of rice once a day, instead of limiting myself drastically. It has worked out for me better this way. I drink a lot of water before every meal, so that helps too. However, I HAVE been buying stuff like quinoa. Not sure when I'll get around to trying it out though. lol My mom always says to just moderate my intake, and I'll be fine. Apparently, she's right.

How do YOU lose 2lb/day??
I know, you are all correct. I think I'm just getting really impatient. And no, ODDITY, my diet calender isn't correct. I actually 3-5 times a day. I eat 3 if I don't get much of a workout in, but 5 if I plan on doing a good workout. (For example, on the weekends, I only eat 3x a day since I usually don't workout on Sat. & Sun.) I just don't always have time to log everything in with my two kiddos running around. However, I HAVE been paying extra attention to what I eat, so I've been eating better lately.

How do YOU lose 2lb/day??
What are your tricks to losing two pounds a day? I'm lucky if I lose HALF a pound....but I didn't start losing half a pound until I drastically changed my eating habits and started kettlebell training. When I was just walking/jogging everyday (sometimes twice a day), I didn't lose ANYTHING. In fact, I gained half a pound one day, lost it, then gained 1.5 pounds! It was frustrating. I'm happy that I'm finally losing SOMETHING, but what can I add/change to my workout routine to make the weight go faster?
