Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
A Phase 2 South Beach Diet version of the old favorite.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
- For a "brown sugar" mix 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup with the Splenda.
- In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and Splenda.
- Beat in the instant pudding mix. until blended.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, and nuts, if desired. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls on to ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in pre-heated oven. Edges should be golden brown.

sounds great but the pudding should be sugar free and fat free.

I know it should be sugar/fat free(heck that's all I buy!) but they didn't have it in the database and at the time I submitted it there was no option to add your own entry to the database.
