Mixed Vegetable Soup IV

A low fat, filling veggie soup that's great to heat and eat when you're feeling hungry and don't want a high calorie snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put water and all the vegetables in large pot.
  2. Bring to hard boil and add onion soup mix and packet of taco seasoning mix.
  3. Lower heat and cover.
  4. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  5. Note: this soup can be enjoyed as a meal replacement or a healthy in-between meal snack.
