Five Bean Soup

Cholesterol-free soup bursting with flavors.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In large pot over medium high heat, sauté onion until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and stir for one minute.
  3. Add broth and tomato sauce. Stir.
  4. Drain and rinse all the beans. Add to the pot.
  5. Mix the pot often until it slowly begins to bubble on the edges.
  6. Add salt and spices. Mix until well blended. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
