Breakfast Frittatas

Veggie frittatas that are low carb.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop kale, basil, and zucchini into small pieces. Cook kale, fresh basil, and diced zucchini in a pan until the kale begins to wilt.
  2. Dice tomato and mozzarella. Place in greased oven dish and add contents from pan.
  3. Crack one dozen eggs into a bowl and scramble. Add half and half and stir.
  4. Pour egg mixture into oven dish and mix around until contents are spread evenly.
  5. Place in over at 350 degrees and cook for 35 minutes.
