The most I have ever weighed when starting on fatsecret was 170. Today Sept 17, 2011 I am down to 156.5. I have lost 10lbs in 11 days and am seeing daily losses, as long as I don't cheat. This alone motivates me.

HCG Drops
racefan..tweaking the drops would be increasing or decreasing the drops until you find your no longer hungry. I am finding more drops helps my hunger. Most sites tell you 10 drops 3x a day, but some recommend up to 60 which is equal to the injectable HCG strength. Not everyone needs to increase/decrease but if you find you are always hungry then your drops probably need to be tweaked. Its a guessing game because we are all different.

HCG Drops
I am doing the hcg program and I am liking it and seeing results.
-8.5lbs in 10 days. After the first week and tweaking my drops I am not hungry at all. What it is doing is helping me to see that food doesn't have to be my ongoing focus. It is also helping me to learn how to cook and eat healthier. I have more energy than I have had in a long long time and I feel happier.
Say all you want, show all of your reports found out there but personal experience is the best way to test it out.
Those that fail at this program are the ones that don't follow it to a T, it is one of those strict protocol programs that you must adhere to perfectly to keep the weight off and maintain for life. Strict is what I need to stay on track. If I cheat I have to start all over again, its not a program you can start, cheat midway and continue on and that is what is keeping me motivated....so far. As for expense...$79. I could easily spend that at starbucks in a month and since I can't have that on this program, it pays for my drops.
Anything can happen to cause someone to fall but we can all pick ourselves up dust off and start all over again.

I have a question about Ketosis and back pain
Thanks everyone! I appreciate your advice. As of late yesterday I noticed the pain finally subsiding so must have been the old injury flaring up.
Last night was the first good night of sleep I have had in a week so I am feeling much better with the rest.
