I am 37 years old and have finally had enough. When I was younger, I was skinny, during high school I weighed 115-120. After 4 kids, hypothroydism, high blood pressure, etc. I am now 228 pounds. I am tired of feeling tired, tired of not being able to find cute clothes. I want to be healty for me and my family. I am going to lose this weight and enjoy the rest of my life. I welcome any buddies so that we can help each other along this journey.
