Hi everyone! i decided to redo my bio because at this point in my life i feel like i have my motivation back and it seemed like a good time to update my info. Anyways im 25 years old and i live in Los Angeles. I just got married 4 months ago and had an amazing year last year. I'm an interior designer so I love making everything beautiful and redoing things that just don't seem right or need some help. Now...the time has come for me to change ME well from physical point of view. I want to work on my body and be who i was 4 years ago. I have lost 100 pounds before and have actually put it all back on except for the last ten pounds so i need to lose all the weight again and feel good about myself. I also hope i can make some good weight loss friends on this site cause it always helps to know someone that's going through the same obstacles as you are in life!!

I'm sooo hungry...and i'm at work so i have nothing i can eat...and i have an appointment with a trainer at 7 i think i might end up sleeping hungry tonight!!! =(

STUPID PEANUTS!
so apparenly nuts are not that good while you dieting. I thought they were a good source of protein but apparently they are also a good source of fat! so that's why i had little weight loss yesterday but nevertheless WEIGHTLOSSS not WEIGHTGAIN. So i'm still truckin along strong!! xoxo

p.s. everything at trader joes is not as healthy as you think lol ie: sweet and salty nutty mix! grrrrr!!

Long Time No Contact
He all since I weighed in at 205 for some reason instead of being motivated to lose more I kinda "relaxed" at bit putting it nicely. This weekend was hard cause it was my dads birthday then we have a party on friday and on saturday we just pigged out at my house with a bunch of people. On monday when i got on the scale I was at 210 again but for some reason i wasn't worried this time. Today i weighed in being back on track since monday I saw myself at 207. I hope by tomorrow i'll be back down to 206 then to 205 by friday and try to lose 15 more pounds by june 28th!! wish me luck and wish my motivation and drive....sometimes i wish i was a guy that could hide under baggy jeans and big t shirts lol
