Woow where do I begin. Im 31 yrs old mother of 2
(son and daughter)and a wife to the best hubby in the world. I work full time where Im up and down but not moving as much as I like. Last year, I tried WW and lost 12 lbs and i was so excited it was ridiculous. I was in a size 10 (amazing) but it only lasted a few weeks because I let the holidays take over. I had a gain and went ballistic and did want I typically do, I QUIT! To make matters worse, I had some health issues mixed with laziness so I gain 10lbs, plus the 12 I originally lost. That 22lbs in a year. My wake up call was when I went to my closet and nothing fit. My other wake up call was stepping on the scale and seeing that I was 4 lbs from being the same weight I was when I was 9months pregnant. I couldnt believe it. I cried for hours. I know I will probably never be skinny, I have never been, but I promise myself that I will be healthy. I want my outside to match my inside, beautiful and Ive set my goals to be realistic.I really dont want to set a date for losing the weight but I would like to have 40lbs down by the end of the year. If I dont get it, oh well, I will keep trying in 2010.But Im doing whatever it takes.

Good luck to everyone out there and feel free to comment, offer advice and hold me accountable. Im doing this by myself. Hubby and kids arent interested and I think my friends are kind of skeptical so I will have only this board for help.

Im seeing that other people are doing this so I will too.

I tend to put in 0 because its less than one gram. I find that even if it does have 1 gram chances are, it wont help the points cuz the calories and fat is generally high... Hope this helps!
