I'm 22, Fat and Tired of It! I've been trying to lose 20-25 lbs for a couple of years now. I have to lose the extra pounds from my last pregnancy before I get pregnant again (hopefully around jan or feb). I've tried all types of diets, and excersize plans, but I never stick to them. So hopefully this website will be the key to keep me motivated, and help reach my goal.
