hi everyone,
My name is Lauren and I will be 35 in July and over the past 8 years or so my life has been pretty bland as far as my activity level. when I was a kid I was tiny then when I turned 13 my weight just seemed to rise no matter what I did. After I had my 4th child I somehow lost a dramatic amount of weight by doing pretty much nothing but then I had my 5th and the weight since just hasn't gone anywhere but up. I want to be healthier for myself and my kids but its gonna be a rough road...I never thought I would ever be almost 300 pounds but I need to change that fast. So I'm here, well honestly I'm here because I want to just get to the point where I feel better. I'm tired of being tired and I'm ready to do something about it...Please anyone who needs to give and get support feel free to add me to their buddy lists...good luck everyone and I hope you all obtain the goals your working for.

mummydee i know i just ate what i had available...not to mention what i could keep down, will do much better once i get to grocery shop.

on atkins the fat grams are supposd to be higher than the protein and the carbs supposed to be lower than both
