Spicy Black Bean Soup II

Black bean soup with chili and spices that's great for South Beach.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Chop pepper and garlic.
  2. Place in stock pan with oil and cook till softened.
  3. Add spices and cook on low for 5 minutes.
  4. Rinse and drain beans. Add to pan along with chopped tomato add stock and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
