I just turned 30 years old, am 5'1" and just a simply lady who's trying to be fit so that I could look great during the rest of my 30's! I've always been chubbier since I was like 10 years old so I want to change that.

My lower weight was 125 in summer 2004 but went up to 168 (I gained whooping 43 pounds within two years) last year (due to the new changes/environment - I moved to Oregon ALL the way from New York [I'm originally from California]) so I wasn't happy about that.

My goal to weigh 125 again and just look FIT. Less than 125 would be even great but I will not go there until I reach my goal weight. Hell, I'd even like to wear bikinis someday and just feel confident by flaunting my body.

Extreme Fat Smash
Thanks for posting this topic. EFS and FS are certainly different.

I've been on EFS for 10 days (I extended it because I kinda screwed up in beginning) and I lost 5 lbs on it. I'm very happy about that. Today's my first day of Cycle 2 and will follow it 100% so that I can reach my goal to weigh between 132-135 before my big 3-0 on Saturday, June 16th!

My next goal is to weigh at least 125 lbs or just look FIT for my best friend's wedding as I will be her maid of honor on July 14th. That's one of the reasons why I went on diet so I could lose weight. I know I can and you can too!

Good luck, Debra! I'm on day 5 of Cycle 1 of EFS for the first time and I can tell that I'm losing weight. Last time I weighed myself after being on EFS for only 2 days and I had already lost 2 lbs! So, I try not to weigh more often.

I think you did very well today at work! Having smaller portions is better than going back again for seconds.

I wish I knew... but maybe it's better to follow the snacks that is listed in EFS?

I went and bought myself some power prima bars that is like 110 calories so that i don't have to eat half of the protein bar and waste the half.

New member and very nervous
My boyfriend is VERY picky at vegetables too - so what I do to make it tasty is just steaming it and then add some soy sauce to it. He LOVES that. You can also grill vegetables to make it tasty. Good luck!
