I am currently on Weight Watchers and like to incorporate the South Beach diet at times. I have been "dieting" for about 5 years now and I have a really hard time with binging and maintaining. I am 5'2", so it's really easy for me to put on weight! I want to be as little as I can be for my heighth which is 109, but I haven't been able to get past 120 and now I am about 12 lbs heavier than that. My goal is to educate myself more on the benefits of eating right and exercising and hope that I can make choices that will reflect that. It is an ongoing journey!

need to lose really quick
I've done both and found most success with Weight Watchers. However, you can combine both and do really well! You combine both by following the south beach phases and menus but counting the points at the same time. If you just want to do one ... I would go with Weight Watchers because it's a lot easier to follow and you don't have to cut anything out of your diet and risk binging.
