A dozen of the tastiest breakfast muffins you could imagine.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
- Spray non-stick spray into muffin pan cups.
- Cook and crumble the sausage according to the product's directions.
- Drain and dispense into each of the muffin cups. Top with cheese.
- Mix eggs and spices together. Ladle egg mixture into each of the cups until they are 3/4 of the way full.
- Bake in the oven for 20-27 minutes, or until eggs are set and the top of the muffins are golden brown.
- Note: great treat for South Beachers.

I Love love love these.... I did however omit the salt and onion powder... just for my preference and I baked them in muffin cups (paper) and they stuck to them ... but the taste was DIVINE and so yummy!

I thought they were a bit blaw. I did enjoy the convenience of them but will add a bit of green peppers or salsa next time.

I loved these! I used hot sausage and added a little hot sauce. Really kicked it up a bit.
So convenient and transportable.

Great taste and convenience with a few added spices. Also, using FULL FAT everything since that really works for Atkins!
