I am 38 years old - a mother to 3 boys ages, 8,6 & 3 - yes I'm busy! I have been married to my wonderful husband for 14 years. He is an assistant Pastor to my dad who is the Pastor of our church, and has been for 34 years, and I am their secretary :-) God has blessed me beyond measure. I will never be able to thank Him enough!

Weight watchers points
There is a way to do the pointplus through a firefox add-on - I did it, but since I'm doing the old program it wasn't useful to me. Let me see if I can find it for you . . . This is from "healsdata" . . .

'll be the first to admit that I've never used the WW points feature on FatSecret BUT I am a huge geek as well as a computer programmer. So I took a few hours today and put together a Greasemonkey script that adds the WW points back to the food diary.

What's Greasemonkey? Well, it's an addon for Firefox that let's users (like you and me) make changes to the way websites we're visiting look. When you install a Greasemonkey script, it only affects your computer (i.e. it only looks different for you.)

With that all in mind, if you'd like to use my script to add WW points back to your FatSecret diary, you're going to need to do the following:

1) Use Firefox (Available for download here: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/)
2) Install the Greasemonkey plugin (From https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/74Cool
3) Install my script (From http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/75800)
4) Make sure you are tracking Calories, Fat and Fiber via FatSecret (You can track other things too but these three are required: http://www.fatsecret.com/Default.aspx?pa=mpro#fjpref)

Example Screenshot

I've only tested the script on my particular setup (Windows Vista, Firefox 3.6.3 and Greasemonky 0.8.20100408.6) If you run in to any issues, I'll try to be as helpful as I can but can't promise to resolve any particular bugs or problems you may have.

Anyone know? the greasemonkey add-on is calculating pointsplus I'm assuming since it's not matching what I've written down? I'm doing the old program.

diet calendars?
Have noticed that most on the ww do not post food in their diary. I was hoping to get some help by looking at them. Is there any out that that I can look at your diary. I have ordered a new pointsplus calculator but haven't gotten it yet? Help please!

switching from Atkins to WW
I'm thinking "healthy carbs" she's talking about is things that you cannot have at all on atkins like brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole grain choices. Yes, have loved having all my veggies on atkins, and atkins has been great for me, but I'm having some issues and am wondering if my body is missing something? Think I may try WW and stay off the sugar completely though.
