I'm back to recording my food as I've been at this weight for months. Hitting the exercise very hard. About 1 hour of HIIT or strength training daily. Determined to lose weight before end of summer so I'm going to be more careful about the process now. Once I hit my goal I'll shift to a more hardcore lifting program again. For now it's more cardio focused. Burning about 400-500 calories typically with each workout.

Mainly my diet is not listed. I'm following the "Beachbody Container Plan". I find it super easy to follow and can be easily bumped one level up or down depending on my current goals. I also love the timed nutrition component that was added in "80 Day Obsession".

Been forever since I've recorded my weight so felt like I should update. I've been doing a bunch of Beachbody programs, most recently the "80 Day Obsession". I taking a break (if you can call it that) by doing "21 Day Fix Extreme". Really, though, it's a break from the heavy pounding my body took during the previous program. I'm not that young anymore and need recovery time. Lowering the weights and reducing the amount of squats is what I need right now. I'll focus on tightening up my diet and more cardio over the next few weeks. Be back again to weigh-in soon!

Work of 60+ hour weeks along with killing myself over the weekend doing yardwork (read: moving rocks, bricks, and digging digging and more digging) and I am wiped. Taking a break this week only because I'm too tired to workout. That said, I may go tonight just to prevent any major losses towards my linear progression program but otherwise I'm going to try to rest up.

As you might know I have been focusing on muscle over fat as a measurement as opposed to simple "weight". So I realized after I had lost all the weight I wasn’t in the shape I wanted. Even though the scale reflected success it had come at the expense of a lot of muscle. I’ve been hitting the gym pretty hard following a progressive program for a while now and I think I can call it successful.
These are the results showing gains over the last 1.5 years.
Weight 26.50
BF% 1.5%
Fat Lbs 8.28
LBM 18.00
I still want to lose fat/gain muscle so will continue on this program for a while. The estimates for the final results in an ideal situation will result in quite a swing in these numbers provided I can hit my weight/BF% goals.
For now, feeling better now that I’ve gained some muscle back.
