Almost down to my pre-vacation weight. It only took a few days, so I guess the damage was minimal. :)

Family is in the air on the plane now and I'll be doing damage control/recovery this upcoming week and getting back to my routine and habits. Despite hitting the gym as much as possible I'm looking forward to getting my focus back and seeing my numbers improve again. No weighing myself for a week or so as it's not a major motivator for me anyway.
Tightening the belt and increasing my lifts... let's go!

Family has been in town for the week so my diet has been crap. Ugh. I found my tolerance is about 4 days for eating poorly then my body starts to say, "enough". I'm back at work today and happy to get back to a routine. I've been working out for the most part, as usual, but diet is key so I'll be happy to see some good food again. :)

Just started a new workout program called Jim Stoppani's Showtime which incorporates three 7-minute HIIT intervals. I had been trying to break 1000 calories burned in a workout for months and I FINALLY did it! All that extra interval training must be the ticket! Weight is moving and, although I don't like cardio much, I have to admit it feels good afterwards. The program is only a month long so it'll be interesting to see where this takes me. Wish me luck!
