Still tracking and using a program called Multi-Year (for exercise) in conjunction with Primal Blueprint information to hit my macros and generate my weight-lifting routine. It's always interesting to see pants fit better but not move much on the scale. I'm still in the "neurological adaptation" phase (according to Multi-Year) and look forward to the "hypertrophy" phase.
In any case I'm heading to vacation shortly and will not be a position to use a gym but will be walking A LOT. My focus will still be on good food choices but it shouldn't be much of an issue since I'll be a place where homemade and homegrown is more the norm. Looking forward to it!

Going back to the WOE that suits me. I'm experimenting with some basic foods in my food journal to see what will work to hit my macros without too much effort. My basis is usually chicken, eggs, and leafy greens. Outside of that I may throw in a protein supplement or two. Nuts are always good for me, too. After adding those up I realize I need some additions so I'll see what I can figure out.

Over the years I've found that "weight" is a really poor indicator of health. I'm back here to track my progress against my TDEE so I can begin the repair cycle for my weightlifting and cut routine. Over the recent period my strength has suffered with simple dietary focus and I need to get metabolically straightened out for the next phase. I suspect it may take a few weeks of careful tracking. Been doing 'Shortcut to Shred' and now 'Body Beast'... holy crap killing myself. The workout this morning was 'Beast Legs' and I could barely crawl to the car afterwards... and it's only Day 2!!
I'm focused on clean eating and lifting so we'll see where that gets me in a few months... just in time for the end of summer! Yeah, great planning there. ;)
I've been using another site *cough* MFP *cough* a bit just because it also allows you to set goals for macros and nutrients. Honest, I'm not cheating on you guys. I'll be around. :)

Went to see Avengers:Ultron last night. I always love a great superhero movie! Just me and the kids so it was a nice night. LOTS of popcorn.. my one weakness (which I had given up over lent) so retaining water this morning from all the salt, I suppose.
Hitting the gym hard, doing Stoppani's S2S, and it's a killer workout, but I'm adapting and growing to love it. I'm seeing changes which is nice. Next up, get the diet cleaned up. :)
