Hello!

I am a 43 year old divorced mom to three children living in Port Moody, BC.

My goal: to never have to rely on my frumpy sweaters to "hide" my stomach!!! (Lost the frumpy sweaters February 2012!)

Here's to a great 2012 and able to choose whatever I want to wear from my closet again!

Mini goal:
first 10 pounds: achieved December 31, 2011
next 10 pounds: hopefully by February 9 (still waiting for this!)
next 10 pounds: March 31st
Final goal: June 2012

What's working??
I have been losing about a pound per week for the past 3 weeks.

What are your Percentages (on average?) My percentages are @ about 65% fat, 25-30% protien, and the remainder in carbs.

I put my RDI in the 1400 range. Some days I am not hungry and it is lower, other days I go above to about 1600 - but that may be once every 2 weeks.

Are you exercising? No formal exercise other than walking around the office like a chicken with my head cut off.
