Getting enough protein and not overloading on carbs is a challenge on my pescatarian journey. I have been doing ok with this, not too hungry but not a lot of breakfast options so far. Will stay the course during July, continue to experiment with different food items.

Did a bunch of cooking yesterday, roasted veggies, made Quinoa, Steel Cut Oats. I like to go to the fridge and just grab stuff for meals, I hate cooking!
