I am a 39 year old woman (soon to be 40) and I am married with two kids ages 15 and 12. I lost almost 80 pounds 7 years ago and gradually over the years put it all back on. I am now in the proccess of losing it again through weight watchers and I have found that fatsecret is also very helpful. Any advice or great receipes that anyone has would be welcome.

GREEN SEA TURTLES
Good morning all. I just wanted to record the rest of my week.
Wed: 5
Thurs: 5
Fri: 5

I had my son show me how to play basketball yesterday. I have never played before and trust me he found my skills (or lack there of) extremely funny.

I also tried my chinese food dish. I got the recipe for Stir-fried beef and chinese vegetables on this site and had it for dinner Thurs. I wasn't bad. I don't eat alot of chinese food but I think I would have it again.

My total weight loss for this week is 2 pounds.

Summer B.E.A.C.H. Challenge!
Well I did it!!! I went to the beach Tues. and played a game of volleyball. I wasn't very good but I had a great time and I think it is something I will do again very soon. If it wasn't for me being in this challenge I would never of had the guts nor the motivation to even try. Thanks everyone for all the support. I just need to decide what I will try next!

GREEN SEA TURTLES
Hi all, I just wanted to check in and let everyone know how things have been going so far this week for me. I have been one busy and active turtle.

Sat: 4
Sun: 5
Mon: 5
Tues: 5 ( I went to the beach and swam laps and I also played a game of beach volleyball. I wasn't very good but the challenge was to try not to be good.)

I also weighed in today and all this exercise is paying off I lost another 2 pounds.
Good luck to everyone on my team and lets show them what us turtles can do!!!

Hey all, here is my tally for the week so far

I have been doing really great all week. I've been eating really good and following my plan to a tee and I have been working out everyday. I hope the rest of my week goes this good. I also weighed myself today and I am down 2 lbs. Good luck to everyone this week. GO GREEN SEA TURTLES!!!!
