Hiding the scale...
I do this.. I have a small cabinet in my bathroom. I slide the scale underneath it the other days of the week. Out of sight out of mind... This way i don't have it looming over my head all the time..

Stress makes you fat
Isn' that crazy how that works! You stress out about losing the weight, so you could gain, and when you don't you see the results, you stress, which could make you gain MORE!
