Need to lose 60lbs before I hit my 50th birthday HELP
Hello Heidi thank you for replying. I agree it is a lifestyle change and I am prepared to make that change and become a new slimmer me, someone who does not feel depressed everytime I have to buy new clothes etc.

Need to lose 60lbs before I hit my 50th birthday HELP
Hi I will be 50 next year and weight the most I ever have. I would love to get down to 140lbs by then. Being this heavy has really affected my confidence and the thought of being 50 isn't helping much.
I have done Atkins before and found it worked for me but I lost motivation and put it all back on plus a bit more.
I could do with a buddy or two to help keep me motivated and I will do my best to motivate them.

Breakfast
Hi I wonder if anyone can help me, I really struggle with eating breakfast. I get up quite early and really can't face eating anything, however after a couple of hours I could happily eat a full English breakfast, my question is do I really need to eat when I get up or can I wait until I am hungry. When I am trying to lose weight it seems silly to force myself to eat when the rest of the day I have a fairly normal appetite
