I am 28 years old...and I have come to the realization that it has been 10 years since I have been weighing-in in the 170 range.
I guess that has its pro's and con's...
PRO-I haven't fluctuated too much,
CON-I obviously haven't made an effort to lose this weight in the last 10 years even though I have expended a lot of energy thinking about it!
I am not 100% certain what my end goal is, I think it will be somewhere in the 140's (although I'm 5'8", my bone structure is very small). I figure that's realistic...
I definitely need peer support and this is why I am here. Motivators to keep me on track with their success stories and messages. Together we can do it!!!
