Well i was the fat kid or slightly bigger at 180 5'6 all threw high school and at age 20 i decided that i needed a change so i lost thirty pounds, lived at the gym and put myself on a strict diet. i dont know if i just comfortable always eating out with the boyfriend or just realized how much i missed food. i just cant get back on track. heres hoping that something will help maybe a little group support. my goal is to lose my last 20

so proud of my self while the family was stuffing their faces with pasta i had yummy salad. go day one....... man pasta sounds good right about now
