this is what i had to day i will do better tomorrow
i started on a meat/eggs/cheese i begun on Monday i lost six lbs well today we had homecoming we had lunch there, tomorrow i well go under 4 carbs .the carbs are in my sweet n low and half half only i try to have high fat .

my name is Brenda Spencer am 61 years old i have been on and off diets for ever this time i want to do it
Has anyone use MCT oil i was told it will help you loss weight ???? i havnt been on here in a while am back am doing a meat and egg fast this is my first day i will do it this time 3 years ago i was on weight watchers got down to 175. i have gained 18 lbs been on low carb i would stay on it for a while then start eating gain some then loss am so tired of this this time am doing it low carb after the fast thanks for your time ;
