this is what i had to day i will do better tomorrow
i started on a meat/eggs/cheese i begun on Monday i lost six lbs well today we had homecoming we had lunch there, tomorrow i well go under 4 carbs .the carbs are in my sweet n low and half half only i try to have high fat .
