FREE Foods?
Do I put free foods like onions, peppers and Mushrooms into my calorie log? I have been adding them and not going over my allotted nutrients. But are we supposed to count them??

Thanks!

favorite salad dressing?
I love maple grove farms Fat-free Balsamic vinegarette. You could make your own honey mustard too...Mustard, S/f vanilla syrup and water to thin to desired consistency...shake, shake, shake. This is good with chicken too.

The Asian Sesame David mentioned is terrific! I will bring that to work in a little container with a splash of Balsamic If I'm looking for a less sweet dressing, too.
