I go to Costco for:
Bag of Spinach
Bag of Broccoli
Giant bag of salad mix
Kirkland Canned Chicken (this is the best, no skin, no fat, already cooked, perfect for quick dinner or take along lunch)
Finally, whatever fruit and veggies are on sale that week.

Grocery Store:
canned beans (variety)
carton of egg whites
ff yogurts
whole wheat pastas
veggie burgers

I try and change it up once in a while,,cause i get bored.
