I'm 31 years old and have finally decided to make what others see on the outside match what I see on the inside. I've made a decision, that I control how much I weigh and I control how healthily I live. I've made a commitment to follow the Weight Watchers program to bring my lifestyle to a healthy and balanced place.

And Huzzah! It actually works! I'm eating more than I did before starting the program and I feel fantastic.

I see myself playing two's this summer with my sister, the beach volleyball player. I see myself giving away all my old clothes that'll be too big to wear. I see myself running in a 5k.

And I see myself in a photograph and I'm not cringing in horror for once.

Where do you see yourself? Visualize it. Analyze it.

Realize it.
