Pineapple Ice Pops

A Low fat cool summer treat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel, core, and chop pineapple.
  2. In a blender puree all ingredients.
  3. Pour into molds, add sticks and freeze for 3 hours or until solid.
  4. Twist to remove ice pop.
