Oh wow, just discovered this part of the website. You want to know a bit more about me. Well since this is a Food Site, I am a food addict. I recently hit the highest weight I have ever been. 200#!!!! I have gradually gained over the years, and most recently gained about 15-20 pounds because I quit Smoking (a second time) on September 17, 2010.

I want to get down to at least 145, if not 135. I am 58 years old, and recently had an attack similar to a heart attack, (it wasnt) I want to be healthy. I want to enjoy life to its fullest, without being self concious about how I look to others. (one of the reasons I quit smoking is my discomfort with the looks of other people when I smoked, as well as the smell.. ychh)

I work in a clerical type of job (Court Clerk) So I am sitting at least 8 hours a day, sometimes 9 - 10 on court nights. I do not get a lot of excercise at all. But my goal is now that the weather is better is to walk to work (about 6 city blocks) and back at least 3 days a week. To use my Wii game once a night doing the fitness test. And to use this excercise machine (have no idea what it is called) that works my legs and arms at the same time at least every other day.

I am married, and would walk more if my husband did not have a bum knee and could walk with me. We enjoy visiting with friends and playing cards, Usually either eating at each others house, or going out to dinner once a week.

I am 5'3" and 200 pounds is way too much for my stature. I have lost 15 pounds in the last 2 weeks of writing this bio. Using the HCG drops and diet plan. I intend to follow the FatSmash diet when the alloted time is up on the HCG. Perhaps alternating them till I reach my goal, and then following phase 4 of the Fatsmash diet, making it my lifestyle.

I am also a Christian, so I have faith in God that He will continue to give me the strength and conviction to stick with this plan. God Bless.
