Atkins stall/gain
I try to eat veggies with each lunch and dinner. Even then, it may not be 12-15 carbs worth. Great advice. I have been drinking water every day, it's just that one day I drank a lot more than usual. I will go to the grocery store and stock up on veggies to increase that. Of course, I'll have to figure out what to cut out besides the bars each day to have enough allowance for my veggie carbs. Since today is the start of my fourth week, should I move to 40 carbs per day? I've been doing less than 20 carbs daily but probably not being restrictive based on what NOT to eat on induction. I'm just counting carbs.

Thanks! I wasn't tracking my foods the last couple of days because it's a lot of trouble but maybe I think I'm staying under the carb count but possibly am not. Also, I don't drink too much water. One day I drank a lot and thought that would help and it didn't. Will drink more of that. I have also been eating some of the bars for breakfast as I'm already tired of eggs and sausage. I do weigh daily but only count the weight on Fridays. So I see today vs. last Friday and I'm up 2 pounds. I don't see me losing it in the next 2 days. I'm just predicting. Smile

Atkins stall/gain
Anyone on Atkins gaining? I started 2.5 weeks ago. As of last Friday (2 week mark) I had lost 8 pounds. As of today, my weight has gone up by a few pounds. I'm following the diet to the T, eating veggies and keeping my carbs under 20 per day. The time I did this before, afer my first 2 weeks, I didn't gain but I stalled for about 2 weeks then it came off after that. I'm hoping that will happen this time. I want to give up but the only reason I'm sticking with it is because 1) I still have lost weight & 2) I'm not hungry when I'm done eating. Eating low carb truly reduces my hunger. I believe carbs and things in them block the message to your brain that you're full. Any tips from others with this same problem that overcame it?

Leslie Sansone "Walk at Home" Program, anyone familiar with it?
I actually have the walk away the pounds DVD but tried it once and stopped it in the first 5 minutes. I'll give it another try!
