HI My name is Debbie
I am 50 & a kitchen supervisor so I am around food ALL DAY LONG. I really don't eat the main dished at wotk but the fresh baked goods I love. the cakes, cooking, brownies, but most of all the fresh baked bread hot out of the oven is my weekness. I had been out of work for 9mo so I worked out 6 to 7 days a week 3 hrs. a day down to a size 7 I looked good and fit well you know how it is I stopped working out and just worked to get money back on track it's now 2 yrs. and 50 lbs later I'm a size 18 it's time to take my body back
