Nacho Cheese Crackers

A microwaveable cheesy type cracker that is low carb and tastes great.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Line plate with parchment paper.
  2. Make 3-4 rounded 2" circles of cheese spaced apart on plate. Sprinkle with garlic and salt.
  3. Microwave for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Should turn a light to medium brown color on the edges.
  4. Allow to cool for a minute and then remove and set on paper towel covered plate.
  5. Repeat steps until all cheese is used.
