I have gained and lost hundreds of pounds over my life. I started back on Atkins on 3/1/2010. So far I have lost 61 pounds. I had a lot of success on Atkins back in the 90's. I anticipate doing even better this time around as it seems that there are so many different options now that that didn't exist before.

What's your workout?
My schedule is easy to type out:
Sun: Rest
Mon: Rest
Tue: Slow rep chest, legs, biceps, triceps, back, abs
Wed: Rest
Thur: Rest
Fri: Repeat of Tue
Sat: Rest

Seeing more results from this schedule than I ever did when I did P90X 6 days a week. Smile

feel so full but want food!
Not really, but then again, I don't have insulin spikes and I consume ample amount of satisfying fat. At first, as my body switched from sugar burning to fat burning, my hunger was insatiable, but more often than not I have to remind myself to eat now.

Can I eat more than 1 MIM/Day
Muffin in a Minute. My recipe...1/4 C. milled golden flax seed, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon, 12 drops liquid stevia (or one packet of sweetener of choice), 1 Tbsp heavy cream, 1 egg. Mix it all in a coffee mug. Nuke for 1:15 (I increased cook time by 15 sec. for my microwave). Enjoy. Recently, I have cubed my MIM in a bowl, and poured 2 Tbsp of cream and some SF Mrs. Butterworths over it. Oh so good. Another variation, once you introduce nuts is to stir 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter in the mix prior to nuking. Sometimes, I will had some unsweetened cocoa too. Experiment with your MIM. Contrary to what momma said, it's okay to play with your food. LOL.

Low Carb Whey Protein?
I use Nutra Sweets that I buy from Vitamin Shoppe. Zero carbs and the best tasting whey protein I have ever had. Big plus is it has a huge amount of glutamine, which is helpful for muscle recovery if you are working out.

Hey Atkins people - why lie?
The bottom line, fats (not transfat) and cholesterol are not your enemies. My lipid panels have gone from lethal to normal eating a daily caloric intake of 70% fat. If that is not for you, so what. I really don't care. Do whatever you want, but try not to accuse others of lies and also try not to cast misconceptions about things you do not fully understand yourself.
