I finally lost ALL of not only my baby weight but my "husband" weight. I'd put on a solid 12 pounds after meeting my husband that I could never get back off either. I have maintained my IDEAL weight fairly easily from Dec 2012 to July 2013. I had a sad event occur at that time, during which I did a little emotional eating for a couple of months; putting on about 12 pounds (back up to the 145 range). I am now struggleing to shave that weight back off & get back down under the 135 range, which is the weight I've been at my entire adult life until I met my husband.

ORIGINAL BIO:
Had baby Dec 5, 2011 & trying to lose that hated "baby weight".
Still holding onto 10 pounds from my 1st child; 3 years old on Dec 10, 2011.
I started tracking my weight GAIN toward the beginning of my pregnancy & am tracking my way back down. So it LOOKS like I'm not making progress but I AM.
Trying to have a realistic and attainable goal of losing 1/2 a pound per week. Figure I'm more likely to keep it off this way as the weight loss will be from lifestyle changes, not fad-diets.
Finding time to squeeze exercising in is a HUGE challenge w/ a desk job & commuting, a 3-year-old & new born (express milk during breaks & lunch).

Bad news for me...
When yucky stuff happened to my sister, she turned to the gym instead of food (for a change) & has become a "gym addict". She sometimes goes twice a day to keep herself from emotionally eating & keep herself busy doing anything but eating. I'm with you chatterbox34.... I'm an emotional eater too & have struggled with that issue lately. Good Luck!

Chobani
Of course you can. After you do a food search, you can click "+ Add New Food" at the bottom. It will take you to a new window where you add the food, specs, picture, notes, etc. that you want.
You can also edit existing items to add a different portion size or update the info if it is wrong.
