had a large feed today and rest as i feel a little over trained.

expected after a week or so of birthdays and anniversary so i'm not too concerned with the gain. Back to it today and looking forward to eating healthy and hopefully feeling healthy again. Good luck to all my friends with their eating and exercise plan through this week as well.
