A late dinner out with the girls is to blame for this (undoubtedly temporary) gain. I think I was pretty good, although I obviously had to guesstimate (that's a technical, actuarial term!) my food diary entries. I had tomato & basil soup with a couple of slice of French bread (no butter) for my starter and then roasted shoulder of lamb with mashed potatoes and vegetables for my main course - no pud for any of us!
143.6 lb Lost so far: 66.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your dinner out doesn't sound like it should have caused a gain but sometimes I think it is just the different food or extra salt they use in restaurant food. You are right to think it should be temporary.

You are looking wonderful, the gain will be short-term for sure! It is the extra salt that is in the restaurant food that will do it. I know that through out the last year, every time that I went for my weigh in, I would avoid eating out and having much to drink that evening before. But we all need to treat ourselves. You have come an amazing long way....congrats on the job well done!

I'm sure it's a temporary gain. Sounds like you made some good choices and you had a wonderful time with your friends. The weight will come off...no problem. You've come a long way baby....one lb. is nothing! :)

As we know those gains are only temporary... so it's great to hear that it's off again today! :o) Hope you had a great time with your friends and you did great with the food choices. ;o)
