Sorry I didn't get round to journalling or visiting you all yesterday - it was a hectic day anyway, made immeasurably worse by my son deciding not to go down for his usual 2-3 hour afternoon nap, at all!!

Anyway, yesterday was my official weekly weigh-in, and I was back down to 145.2lb (5.6lb lost in total last week!!), so able to cash in my next 1/2 stone reward treat, which will be a luxury manicure/pedicure at lunchtime today!

Sunday was another busy day in the garden, and this time I cashed in a few of the calories earned for more food rather than wine this time - nothing bad, just a couple of rice cakes and some yummy Jersey Royal potatoes with dinner! Hubby was keen to repair the outer edge of our lawn, which suffered quite badly from flooding last year (we've now had a drainage pipe put in, so hopefully the same problem won't reoccur). That took up all the time we had, so we didn't get around to tackling the sunny side of the garden after all. Anyway, here's Finlay helping Mummy finish off with an application of turf dressing...



You'll see the weight is back up a little again this morning, although I think this is just because we ate so late last night. Like I said, it was a very hectic day, with no naptime break and then a hair appointment right after Finlay's bedtime, we didn't get around to having dinner until after 10! I'm really pleased with my hair - I've had some gold and copper highlights put in for the summer, and to distract attention away from my eyes when I go back to the office tomorrow!! Happy Tuesday on another glorious day in Southampton! I really must get down to some work now, but I'll try to get round to visiting all my buddies this evening!!

It's very easy to tell that you are oh so close to your goal because there doesn't look to be room for improvement! Your highlights make your hair look sun-kissed and lovely. Aw, you look absolutely fantastic Leanne and congratulations on your fabulous loss this last week too! Wow, that's amazing, but just goes to show eat right and doing gentle exercise... those pounds will drop nicely. Glad to hear that you've been able to enjoy some of our glorious sunshine in the garden... it's been absolutely beautiful this week hasn't it! I hope it keeps up for the weekend. Before I forget... you're hair looks really lovely too and you just look amazing, so I'm really thrilled for you. Let's keep go getting that goal... ooh, it's exciting to get nearer isn't it!! :o)
